Cat Burglar is one of the 4 main antagonists in the SuperKitties franchise. He debuted in Season 1 episode The Great Yarn Caper.

Personality[]
The primary motivation for much of his theft stems from the loss of something precious to him or a desire to assist someone in need, which he sometimes uses as a Freudian excuse.[1] He loves his grandmother, Granny Catarina, as shown in "Cat Tree Caper" when he steals cat trees to help her down after hurting her paw stealing Mr. Puppypaws' collar. He also loves his cousin, Sassy, as shown in "Country Kitty" when he steals hay bales to make sure she no longer feels homesick, and in "Cat's Pajamas" when they compete to steal the Kittydale banner for a sleepover, which they haven't had in ages. He also loves his baby stuff, as shown in "The Great Yarn Caper" when he steals yarn to knit a baby blanket because he lost his old one. Overall, Cat Burglar has a jerkish yet good-hearted personality.
Appearance[]
He is a grey Devon Rex tabby cat with brown eyes. He wears a navy-blue suit with a navy-blue knit hat. On his hat is an emblem featuring a blue cat with eyeglasses.
